Kaitlyn Webster is a Senior Manager of Data Science and Behavioral Analytics at Jewelers Mutual Group, where she leads efforts to apply data science and analytics to better understand behavior and inform strategic decision-making. With a multidisciplinary background spanning data analytics, research, national security, and academia, Kaitlyn has built expertise in quantitative methods, behavioral analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights. Prior to Jewelers Mutual Group, she held leadership roles at RS21, where she led analytics and solutions initiatives supporting government and industry clients. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at UNC Charlotte and conducted research at Duke University focused on conflict, political violence, and advanced statistical methodologies. Kaitlyn brings a unique combination of research expertise, technical skill, and experience applying analytics to complex real-world challenges.
