David Svancer is the Director of Data Science & Principal Data Scientist, Enterprise Data and Analytics at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, where he leads data strategy while developing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. With experience spanning data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and production-scale systems, David has built data-driven solutions across industries, including healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. Previously, he served as a Lead Data Scientist at Amazon and held data science leadership roles at GMAC and HSP Direct. In addition to his industry work, David is an adjunct professor at George Mason University, where he teaches graduate courses in business analytics, statistics, machine learning, and data analysis. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise, teaching experience, and data leadership to help organizations turn complex data into actionable insights.
