Toby applies the firm’s advanced analytics capabilities to investment strategy and risk management, helping inform portfolio construction and investment decisions.

Before joining Adams Street, Toby was a Vice President and Risk Specialist at MSCI Barra and an Analyst at Bloomberg L.P. His experience includes working closely with clients to implement customized risk models and developing performance attribution analyses to support portfolio construction.

Toby is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Chicago, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals. At Adams Street, he serves on the Portfolio Construction Committee, Charitable Giving Committee, and Editorial Board.
